    JACKSONVILLE, FL From CNN (By: Tom Pace, Talk of the Town) BREAKING WX:  12N 8-21-08  The flooding rains from Tropical Storm Fay could reach up to 30 inches.     SHREVEPORT, LA (By: Tom Pace, Talk of the Town) WX UPDATE: 11:30pm 8-20-08 Beneficial rains brought relief to many parched lawns across Shreveport-Bossier the past couple of days.  Now, the chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms drops to about 40% over Thursday, Friday and part of Saturday. According to the National Weather Service, highs will still be below normal for this time of the year, only about 87 Thursday, then near 91 Friday, Saturday and Sunday, edging upwards to near 95 by Monday.     NEW YORK, NY From CNN (By: Tom Pace, Talk of the Town) BREAKING: GAS WATCH 11am 8-20-08 American motorists are breathing a collective sigh of relief, as the country's Gas Watch shows the average price of a gallon of gasoline has dropped nearly 40 cents over the past 34 days.  Locally across Shreveport-Bossier, the price for gas has dropped as low as $3.42 a gallon. Nationally, CNNMoney reports, the price of regular gasoline fell to $3.717 a gallon from $3.73 a day earlier, according to a survey of gas station credit card swipes from motorist group AAA and the Oil Price Informati...
